Hello everyone, my name is Shane Wheeler. I live in Van Meter, just outside of Des Moines. I'm currently a high school teacher in the Earlham School District, and currently looking for my first leadership position after graduating from the ISU PreLEAD program this May. The book has been a great read so far, and I look forward the the discussions we will have in the future.
