Hi Everyone,
Since Scott decided to combine the forums, I am migrating over here from group 3 where talk seems to have died down.
My name is Dan Hess and I am a young teacher and history department chair at LPS College Park, a small public charter school in Oakland, CA. The school I work at is very inclusive of teachers in terms of leadership and policy making, but pretty slim on the edtech side of things. I'm hoping to inject some of that over the next few years and bring them up to speed. I'm interested in working in administration long-term but I'm currently trying to get my feet wet in the classroom over the next few years before I pursue my PhD. I'm looking forward to contributing my thoughts to the discussions and hearing all of yours.

Hi everyone, I too have migrated but from Group 2. My name is Gerry Kosater and I am the Academic Coordinator for an independent school in Georgia.I have 31 years in education and look forward to learning every day.The book has been very informative. I'm looking forward to more discussion.
